Frambrini's Cafe is upgraded and it is amazing! Extensive menu and big-portion dishes. I like the beautiful pink rose latte (a little less sweet would be nice). The sandwich and the french toast is very filling. The food is on the pricier side but most likely you will have leftover to enjoy afterwards. Beyond that, the staff is very kind and attentive. The shop also has beautiful outdoor seatings. This is definitely a place you can take someone for a special occasion brunch!

What a surprising find. Extremely well put together sandwiches (with lots of options), excellent coffee & other drinks, and a festive atmosphere separates lunch/ brunch spot from most others. Although the place was packed, the service was attentive (well, you do order and self-cater, but the staff is on hand as needed), and we had an amazing time with a table of 15.

First time visiting SF, and made a beeline from the airport to this cafe. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Ordered the parisian sandwich, key lime tarte, and a matcha rose latte. Staff was nice and the patio/garden out back is beautiful! SF is the foodie capital for a reason!

Came for brunch and had a great experience! Food was great! Had the Fambrinis's breakfast, Ko-Ko sandwich and the stack of 2 Lotus Biscoff Pancakes. Even more impressive was the service. Staff checked in on us to ensure the small adjustments we had requested to the menu items met our expectations. The outdoor area was cozy. Highly recommend a visit!

Delicious brunch options with a cozy vibe. A cozy and inviting brunch spot with a great variety of breakfast options. The goat cheese and scrambled eggs were especially flavorful. Coffee was strong and well-made. The interior has a warm, charming feel, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a good meal.

The staff was nice and the food was good. We got the surf and turf, California omelette, and the kids pancakes. The presentation was great and the food was tasty. We saw the Biscoff pancakes but it would have been too much for us. They open at 9:30 so keep that in mind. They also had dessert that looked good but we were too full. There is parking in the back.
